I am a fully qualified osteopath having trained for five years at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO).
 

The UCO is the longest established osteopathic teaching school in the UK and places great emphasis on patient care and safety.
 

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
 

I have completed ergonomic training that enables me to  advise on computer workstation set up and optimum posture.
